Applications for the Golf Course Operator

The main application that is used in day-to-day operation is the TeeCup Services Update application.  It allows you to modify your menu items, insert advertisements and messages at the hole level and to set your contact information.

The other application you will become familiar with is our Dynamic TeeTalk environment which allows you to easily monitor all communication processes between you and your customers as they happen.

TeeCup Services Update

Once you have purchased the Golf Services subscription you will be given a Course Name and a password which you use to access your course update page.

Fill in the Takeout Email and Cart addresses that you will use to notify your restaurant and Cart driver and fill in up to 22 food and beverage items.

Some of the smart phones also have a way to automatically call your restaurant or Proshop so fill those items in as well.

The comment field is used to notify your customer of the usual time it will take to fill a food order…ie Please give us 20 minutes to prepare your order.

Use the Hole 01-18 fields to insert either messages or advertisement messages that will be shown to the golfer before the designated hole.

TeeTalk Course Monitor

Golf Services also includes a complete monitoring service as part of the package.  With our TeeTalk environment the Course Staff can easily monitor incoming Food Orders and Beverage Cart Pages as well as create custom designed messaging channels for almost any communication requirement.

Our exclusive Pace of Play monitor allows you to identify potential issues/bottlenecks out on the course before they happen.

CartTalk Beverage Cart Monitor

Golf Services also includes a simple but effective Cart Page monitor which is used by on course staff to monitor and respond to the Cart Pages from customers seeking a visit from the Beverage Cart.
